PIPING ENGINEERING
Piping engineering is a specialized branch of engineering dealing with design & layouts of piping network along with the Equipment’s in a Process plant, Oil and Gas, Refineries etc.
Piping engineering plays an important role in “Concept to Commissioning” in all sectors of process and related industries.
To be conversant with engineering, the department has expertise in the subjects such as layouts, handling, stress strain relationship, material of construction,3D set up and modeling, statutory aspects and involving quality right in all phases of the project.

- Bid proposal for onshore/offshore jobs

Piping Basic engineering activities
- Specifications (design basis, piping material classes, piping standards, 3d procedures.)
- Plant layout studies including the requirements of others disciplines.
- Piping routing including supports for all lines. §Stress analysis of critical lines.
- Material handling.
- Set up of 3d model and piping, pipes supports and equipment modelling.
- Issue of all piping deliverables for construction.
- Bill of materials and/or material take-off / requisitions / technical bid analysis , follow-up of vendor documentation, support inspection department .

- Support to construction activities (erection issues, clashes, access, etc.)
- Implementation of late changes
- Support to material management on site (balance of materials, requisitions for local purchase, consolidation of fabricated quantities, etc.)
